Stabilizer Bushings
Although Longwood designs and manufactures many types of bushings, we spezialize in stabilizer bushings. We work closely with our customers to engineer the dimensions and materials that will meet the needs of each specific application. Some of our stabilizer bushings use metal sleeves while others have a TeflonŽ fabric inner liner. The Teflon liner offers reduced friction for enhanced performance. For all composite products, we have developed special bonding technology to ensure that the rubber bonds securely to the metal or plastic.

Seals, Gaskets
From the fuel system to the cooling system, Longwood makes products that perform in automotive fluid systems. We specialize in producing seals that range from 12 to 40 mm in diameter made from rubber formulations that withstand aggressive automotive environments. Using our proprietary ORCOMATIC®* high-speed continuous molding process, we can produce high volume, tight tolerance parts. We are registered to QS 9000 and VDA 6.1.

Exhaust Hangers
Longwood exhaust hangers are built with metal reinforcement for extra strength and durability. Our specially designed rubber formulas withstand the heat and pounding found in the application. Since exhaust systems have different configurations, we work closely with vehicle and exhaust system manufacturers to custom engineer hangers for the best performance.
